A Holistic Approach

Group Fitness

Bootcamp: our signature class. A combination of  body weight functional training, weighted circuits, core training, cardio fitness training, competitive games and interval training designed to challenge, strengthen and motivate you. These sessions are adaptable for all fitness levels with our team specialising in modifications for postnatal training. 

Bootcamp

MetaPWR: a 45 minute circuit class that combines resistance and body weight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency. This class isn't for the faint hearted however can be regressed to cater for all fitness levels.

Metafit: is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in. All exercises can be regressed to accommodate for injuries or medical conditions. It won't get easier you'll just get better.

Boxing: a combination of the traditional training movements of a boxer including sparring, shadow boxing, and blows with the addition of body weight exercises to increase strength as well as cardiovascular fitness.

Personal Training

Personal Training: Take your training to the next level with one on Personal Fitness Training. Increase strength, stamina and mobility as you work closely with your trainer. Drill down and get specific on what you want to achieve whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or performance based targets. One on one Personal Training is Roles Royce of training. 

Health Coaching: 
Improve all areas of your life to become healthier and happier when working with our Health Coaches. As you address all the facets of health in addition to eating - relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality you will achieve their wellness goals that you may not have thought of.
